If you want HMI simulation to have lesser delay, then you can change this setting from HMI Tag values. Technically we call it 'Acquisition time'. It's the time HMI takes to acquire the value from Tags (PLC or HMI Tags)

To change that, kindly navigate to HMI tags and find this column as shown below:
